Student Performance

Best Care College is pleased to inform students, applicants, and the general public how its students and graduates are performing. Below are the retention and placement rates for our students and graduates for the 12-month period from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, and reported to the college’s accrediting agency, ACICS, on its 2022 Campus Accountability Report (CAR).

Also reported to ACICS and presented below is the college’s NCLEX pass rate for the 2022 calendar year, the most recent complete-year data available from the New Jersey Board of Nursing. The retention rate indicates what percent of students who were enrolled during that 12-month period remained in school without dropping out. The placement rate indicates what percent of graduates who were eligible and able to work actually found jobs as licensed practical nurses (LPNs). The NCLEX-PN is a national examination, the passage of which is required by New Jersey and all states, that nursing program graduates must pass before they can obtain a license to work as LPNs. The NCLEX-PN pass rate indicates what percent of Best Care College graduates passed the exam on their first attempt.
